Dear Diary: Here Comes The Wet And Rainy Season

I will going to miss the hot and dry season, in my country there is no summer, it is just hot and dry, and absolutely humid as ef.

But although it is miserable I get to enjoy much fluid intake because most or some of the water in my body along with toxins and most especially salt are let out through sweating.

That helps me with my fluid management and actually makes my fluid restriction at ease while in cold season where here it is raining, every food and fluid I would ingest just adds up and nothing is drawn out because I am not sweating and it then makes me get filled out faster and affects my well-being.

Being in a hot weather is like being in a sauna bath although I never been in such a place. It is really beneficial to people especially in my situation that I do not produce urine anymore.

Lots of people cannot put that in their heads that dialysis patients are not producing pee anymore. I could not blame them because at first I do not know what dialysis is myself.

It is just sad to know that not many people really have a clue what dialysis does and how dialysis patients are struggling with their condition/situation.

That in turn will not make them have a sympathy and empathy for dialysis patients which they always try to ignore and avoid because most are needy and have a different appearance. It is a problem because most people are not able to help financially and are very visual or prejudiced, looking at such patients as a mere parasite to society and yes that is what is happening.

Oh well so if a patient has a lot of friends and family that loves them then they are fortunate indeed, like me here that has a lot of friends that I do not even know what are their appearances are but are like on my back ready to help every time I would reach out, that is a thing that I call a bliss in my life.

Anyway this wet and rainy season is a bit of inconvenience for me so nothing that I could do but to restrict my diet more so I won't get too much thirsty that will lead me to drinking much which will result for getting waterlogged faster that will ultimately make me breathless and getting miserable.

I hope soon that I will have a sauna place where I can enjoy hot and humid temperatures that can help me take off some water and toxins from my body even though it is cold and rainy outside, may God wills it for me and there is where cryptos comes into play.
