Same thing happened to me. Only resolution I’ve seen so far is to sign out of both of your account s in DTube (Steem/DTube) then sign back in. This used to always to the trick when my videos would continuously fail to upload.
I haven’t tried it yet on 0.9, however somebody commented and told me it worked for them.

I gave up on dtube, but when I was uploading, I first uploaded and then downloaded my video with you tube. Then I uploaded the you tube download to dtube. You tube compressed my video to about 10% of the original size and this would get it to dtube better. Then I got the worst results of upvotes EVER and so I stopped this altogether lol.

i use only in mobile chrome browser
closed up and retried
i wonder the last part promote with DTC also where the DTC is gone ? :(
and also the tag issues !
lots of issues remains to be solved !
most of all as @jeronimorubio mentioned
reset the subscribers is the disaster !
i think @dtube should have to migrate the subscribers information to new system !
