CPS... Replacing Good Parents With the State

If we've learned nothing else from the growth of government, it should be that they don't make good parents. One of the consequences of this growth is that generally occurs as a result of some manufactured crisis and the creation of CPS was the result of just such an occurrence- an "epidemic of rampant child abuse" in America manufactured by NGOs such as the Children's Defense Fund once headed by Hillary "It Takes a Village" Clinton herself. There was no epidemic, but that didn't stop CPS from growing both in size and influence, perhaps culminating in the Safe Families Act of 1998 signed into law by then president Bill Clinton. The SFA in effect placed a bounty on each child removed from a loving home and put up for adoption... this bounty coming in grants to the states for each child. The system was rigged to destroy the nuclear family, ones headed by a father, giving cash incentives to single-mother households as well. The destruction of the family has always been the goal of CPS- protecting children was merely a front- an excuse to remove children. This short video discusses how the system is rigged:

The reasons given by CPS now for removing children have nothing at all with abuse. When abuse failed to give the desired results (there was no epidemic as the "experts" at the NGOs claimed) it evolved from there into "abuse and neglect," a nebulous term that can mean virtually anything- even something as minor as a few dirty dishes in the sink, as I've pointed out before. It's typically left up to social workers to define neglect and their findings are almost invariably rubber stamped by family courts- it's become a racket of sorts. This has become about the exercise of power and nobody does it better than CPS... lamentably for American families, with power comes corruption. The "protectors of children" have become some of their worst abusers. In one recent case a Pennsylvania case worker was charged with human trafficking"

 With all of the reporting coming out in recent days concerning Child Protective Services (CPS), it’s no wonder that this has occurred.  The only question that remains is:  Why have not countless hundreds, or even thousands, also been charged?  Yet, an ex-CPS social worker is now facing charges of human trafficking after recruiting a mother who was her client into prostitution in exchange for a favorable custody recommendation, according to authorities.

These episodes are becoming all too common. Across the country CPS is being used to keep the child sex-trafficking pipeline full. This is what comes of government agencies having little or no accountability. Planned Parenthood has become involved as well, forcing young mothers to murder their babies to avoid having their older children taken away. This keeps the flow of government dollars flowing into PP given that the vast majority of mothers targeted are poor and on government assistance.

 As we have reported, CPS has also worked hand in glove with Planned Parenthood to not only kidnap kids from loving homes but blackmail pregnant mothers to murder their unborn children in order to get their children back that CPS kidnapped from them; and those that refused were told that once they gave birth, CPS would be there to kidnap that child from the too. CPS also failed to return children they kidnapped from mothers who chose abortion to get their kids back.

The CPS system is set up to accomodate child sex-trafficking, whether by mistake or on purpose COS is profiting from this despicable trade. In an article by Megan Fox for PJ Media she quotes Atty. Michael Dolce:

 Here’s the ugly truth: most Americans who are victims of sex trafficking come from our nation’s own foster care system. It’s a deeply broken system that leaves  thousands vulnerable to pimps as children and grooms them for the illegal sex trade as young adults...Most people don’t know about our nation’s foster care to sex trafficking pipeline, but the facts are sobering. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) found that “of the more than 18,500 endangered runaways reported to NCMEC in 2016,  one in six were likely victims of child sex trafficking. Of those, 86 percent were in the care of social services when they went missing.

Dolce goes on to blame the Safe Families Act specifically:

 The Adoption and the Safe Families Act, set in motion by President Bill Clinton, offered cash “bonuses” to the states for every child they adopted out of foster care. In order to receive the “adoption incentive bonuses” local child protective services need more children. They must have merchandise (children) that sell and you must have plenty of them so the buyer can choose. Some counties are known to give a $4,000 bonus for each child adopted and an additional $2,000 for a “special needs” child. Employees work to keep the federal dollars flowing;
 • that there is double dipping. The funding continues as long as the child is out of the home. When a child in foster care is placed with a new family then “adoption bonus funds” are available. When a child is placed in a mental health facility and is on 16 drugs per day, like two children of a constituent of mine, more funds are involved;
 • that there are no financial resources and no real drive to unite a family and help keep them together;

That's what this is really about- the money. Just like the pimps and traffickers CPS profits handsomely from every child that is taken from a loving home- what happens to them later is irrelevant as long as the state profits from foster care, mental health facilities, or through arrangements made with pimps.  Nathan Larson, who ran for Congress in Virginia this year, posted in online forums about this very thing. As reported by the Huffington Post, Larson wrote:

 Why doesn’t every pedo just focus on making money so they can get a pedo-wife and then either impregnate her with some f***toys or adopt some f***toys? That would accommodate both those who are and aren’t into incest. And of course, the adoption process lets you pick a boy or a girl.

The state cares about money more than the rights of the people who pay their salaries through hard earned tax dollars. One word from CPS and you're treated as a criminal regardless of whether or not you've ever committed a crime... in fact most of those targeted by CPS are guilty of nothing.

 Countless parents have contacted parental rights organizations and advocates like Nancy Schaefer with stories of being forced to give up their parental rights — under the threat of never being able to see them again if they don't — then watched their children adopted out to others through websites just like this one. Most of these parents have never been charged with a crime, never spent one day in criminal court, and yet had their rights removed by a civil court judge. Not only that, but grandparents are regularly denied custody in favor of strangers.

As most of us are aware, Nancy Schaefer's advocacy on behalf of America's families cost her and her husband their lives- as was also the more recent case of Linda Collins-Smith of Arkansas who found ties to child trafficking tied to CPS, the Clinton Foundation and even her own husband, a family court judge who photographed himself in sex acts with children in his own chambers. Needless to say, Collins-Smith was found murdered. Here's the $24000 question:

 Why is this allowed? Why are children removed from families without warrants or trials by jury in criminal court? Any Google search for "family court corruption" will show you pages of horror stories of parents denied due process. Where is the outcry? There is no shortage of news reports of foster care abuse, like the Texas CPS caseworker arrested for soliciting sex with a minor, or the pedophile ring found in Arizona foster care that abused countless foster children, selling them for sex over and over for decades, or the many stories of foster care group home abuse where minors were sold into prostitution.

The closing remarks from Nancy Schaefer's closing remarks in 2007 ring just as true today- if not moreso: "I have witnessed such injustice and harm brought to these families that I am not sure if I even believe reform of the system is possible! The system cannot be trusted. It does not serve the people. It obliterates families and children simply because it has the power to do so. Children deserve better. Families deserve better. It’s time to pull back the curtain and set our children and families free."

One thing we've learned is that children have much more to fear from being thrown "into the system" than they do at home. The majority of children in the sex-trafficking pipeline come from foster care- over 66%. In a recent case in South Carolina CPS and police threatened to take a woman's 9 year-old daughter for letting her play in a park surrounded by other children. Except for media coverage and the involvement of the governor she would likely been taken. In a short video journalist John Stossel makes a valid point: While no child has been abducted from this park, children are at far more risk at day-care than at a park.

 https://youtu.be/IYsE7T2hXe8

Times have changed over the last 50 years, but this was a park in rural Aikens SC, not in crime-ridden NYC. The mother, who couldn't afford $125 a-week for child care let her daughter play at the park across the street from the McDonalds where she worked.

 The government sometimes arrests parents for giving kids responsibility. In South Carolina, mom Deborah Harrell was jailed for letting her 9-year-old daughter play in a park for the day. A police interrogator lectured Harrell: “You can’t leave a child who is nine years old in the park by herself. What would you do if some sex offender came by? ”Yet despite media scare stories, kidnappings are extremely rare and are way down. “I felt like she’d be safer in the park than she would at home,” Harrell told Stossel. Plus, her daughter Regina enjoyed playing at the park.

But the state took Regina and charged her mother with "willful abandonment," a stretch by any standard, not to mention a crime that carries up to ten years. But then again, the state doesn't really care about protecting children- they saw an opportunity to legally kidnap a child and put her into the system where the chances of her being abused are almost assured. CPS and the legal system that supports it has never been about protecting children, but using them for personal gain. Everybody loves children and wants them to be safe- the system exploits this sentiment to accrue power and once they have it they abuse it along with the children they're supposed to be protecting. The case of the media stepping in on behalf of the mother is extremely rare- they almost invariably come down on the side of the state. My guess is that Regina and her mother will become targets, under surveillance constantly. Once the state gets their hooks into you, they don't let go... I can tell you that from personal experience.

"Child Protection Agencies" are taking children away from their loving families.
THESE FAMILIES NEED PROTECTING.

I didn't even read all your blabbering, the fact remains that over one thousand kids die each year at the hands of their parents. We could ask Lori Vallows kids if anybody knew where they were at and if they were still alive what they think of your opinion....or maybe the two infants that died, one just in the last couple of weeks here, this past winter along with the more than half a dozen who have died as infants in the last year and a half in and around my area....all at the hands of their parents and/or a parents boyfriend who in all the parents know right wisdom granted by you above entrusted these little babies into the hands of barbarians.

CPS 'Lost' 1500 kids last year, after removing them from their parents...they are just Gone! For every child they help, they harm a dozen. They are selling children, and sadly young organs!

May GOD forgive us for allowing this to continue, and not protecting our children from our government!

Right now the 'barbarians' are much safer for the kids, than CPS, read, and you will see this is sadly true, SMH!

:'(

CPS 'Lost' 1500 kids last year, after removing them from their parents

I am sure that wasn't 1,500 toddler or very young children versus teenagers who have been neglected and abused by their family status and are unruly and runaway from what is the normalcy
of what a traditional family home looks like. It's rare but it does happen where you see an article where adults intervened when seeing toddlers walking out about themselves without supervision...but I have yet to see it linked to foster parental neglect so much as connected to immediate parental neglect.

They are selling children, and sadly young organs!

Maybe in some third world country shit hole.

No, sadly this is happening HERE! They sell children for snuff flicks, then sell their organs when they have their video. Those responsible for the monsterous treatment of kids today, need full prosecution!

CPS, is a malignancy; that must be cut out. Replace it with a church based organization, or a very monitored non profit!

The problem exists, but the CPS orginization is a MUCH larger threat to our children!

Right now, we ARE the third world shit hole, may GOD have mercy!

>:(

CPS is a Blight on this Republic; and is itself MUCH worse, than any gain they might possibly do!

They must be shut down! The "job" they are doing is Evil! This is a case where the 'cure' is much worse than the 'problem'!!!!
