My last Sunday Branch was at a Castle near Wachau. I usually restaurant on the weekend but this time, it’s something extraordinarily, a middle age castle was my destination.
Castle Plankenstein
This old castle is nowadays a Hotel and restaurant. Once a month, they have an exclusive branch for people who seek interesting experience taste.
I guide brought us through many different sections in the castle and told us the historical story behind this interesting place. Finally we ended up at a dining room which was renovated in the 17th century. I felt like go back in time.
Speisesaal
The food was the mixed between crossover European breakfast and traditional Austrian kitchen
The interior and exterior of the hotel is definitely an eye catcher
The outside area of the castle is a million dollars view, worth spending time to explore. The picture will be shared in my next post.
