This is a collection of different types of spices used in cooking different types of food and even making one of our local drink called Zobo.
Zobo is a very healthy dink that is good for the health, it is know to lower the blood pressure and also help to nourish the body as it contains a lot of vitamins that is great for the body.
Everyone can drink it be you young or old as it does not contain alcohol or any side effects that are harmful to the body. Whenever you visit my country Nigeria you can ask about Zobo drink and have a taste of it to see the healthy plant drink that is made locally.
