我比较喜欢【打陀螺】，在我很小的时候，我就会自己去商店里购买这种小玩意，然后自己会用一种叫做“松巴掌”的树叶来做鞭子。

当你使出浑身的力气鞭打陀螺的时候，会让陀螺飞速旋转，并且发出转动的声音。有时候我会与几个朋友比赛，看谁的陀螺转的快，转的稳，并且声音好听。几个轮回下来实在是有意思，有时候虽然输了，但是也从中享受到了真实的乐趣。

打陀螺这种游戏作为一种体育运动可以很好地锻炼一个人手臂的力量，让手臂的肌肉变得足够发达。同时也可以锻炼一个人腰部和背部的力量，因为打陀螺会需要弯腰。

打陀螺其实很费体力，如果是一个没怎么运动的人鞭打陀螺，几轮下来就会累得气喘吁吁。

在很多公园里，广场上，无论是早上还是晚上，都能看到一些大爷在巧妙地鞭打着自己钟爱的陀螺。随着鞭打次数地增加，他们的技术也得到了提升，衍生出了各种各样的打法。

现在的陀螺，材质方面已经发生了天翻地覆的变化，已经由木质陀螺转变为不锈钢的，重量上也更重了。这样在鞭打的时候就会需要很大的力气，虽然挺累人的，但是却能够很好地锻炼身体。

特别是在冬天进行打陀螺，你完全不用担心寒冷，一轮下来就能保证你的身体热乎乎的。

我很怀念这种游戏，我已经很多年没有碰过了。不过我希望人们可以把打陀螺当做是一种游戏也是一种体育运动来进行，这样既收获了快乐，也收获了好身体。
