Bipartisan politics, pecking order bias, and the future

Bipartisan politics is a natural emergence from that humans have instincts for pecking orders, the serotonin system, a monopoly on violence by definition tends to extremes rather than nuanced poly-centric legal structures. "the war is meant to be continuous" in that sense. Blockchain technology could be the beginning of a social system that does not have those same limitations.
