My first dose of vitamin SEA

Call time was at 5 am but moved to 6:30 am due to latecomers - Filipino time, isn't it? We arrived at Cordova Port around 8 am and waited for almost 2 hours for our other travel mates to arrive. While waiting, I took a snap of the beautiful sky with the calm sea and the lined-up motorboats. Looking at this photo triggers the desperate poet in me. In relation to the subjects of the photo, I created a short life quote and here it goes:

Life is...
hard like a rock
at times it is calm as the sea
but regardless of life's affinity,
always be like a sailboat
that retain its buoyancy.

My writing is a reflection of my thinking and my life as a whole. But since it was a time to take a dose of vitamin SEA, I managed to neglect the thought and be back to reality.

Finally, we're complete! We took a snap for our group picture as soon as we embark on the motorboat. We kicked our summer 2018 in Pandanon Island, Bohol.

We arrived in Pandanon Island in just an hour or a few minutes more. I was disappointed when we docked on the island. It's like expectation vs. reality. What I never imagine is the hidden beauty of the island that is on the other end.

It's between the Sand, Sea, Sun, and Me. My first time to set foot on this island and it never failed to amaze me and set my expectation right.

What I always look forward to in every island travel is a sandbar. Every island has its unique sandbar. I so love sandbars! It feels good to be one with nature.
