Paneer Tikka Toast Indian Food urmi's Cooking

Another Tempting dish for Paneer n Cheese Lovers.
Made in Jiffy time with Leftover Vadapav Bun.
Have Lying vegetables in freeze and routine seasoning. With main ingredients of course favorite paneer n Cheese.

Ingredients:

2 sp Hung Curd
1/2 cup Paneer cut in small pieces
1/2 green bell pepper cut in pieces
1 small Onion cut in pieces
1small tomato cut in pieces
1/2 tsp Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Ginger paste
2 sp Kashmiri Red Chilly powder
1 sp Coriander powder
1/2 sp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chat Masala powder
1 tsp Aamchoor powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala Powder
1/4 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tab sp pizza gravy
Mozzarella cheese
Process cheese
cheddar cheese
Mixed herbs
Chilly flakes

Whisk curd well in mixing bowl. Add red Chilly powder, Garlic n Ginger paste. Rest of seasoning.
Add cut pieces of Paneer, Capsicum n onion. Mix well add lemon juice.

Preheat oven for 10 mins on 180℃

Take Loaf of Vadapav bun.
Not a single bun.
Put cut n open it. Sift bun in grease baking tray.
Apply butter,pizza gravy, apply mixture
of paneer. Sprinkle process cheese, cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle mixed herbs, chilly flakes.
Bake on 180℃ for 15 mins.
