Find recipes easy to make Panta rice!
Panta rice, though our country's rural peasant people have their daily lives. But in the city, this is the luxury of the first day of Baishakhi. So, for the first time on the occasion of Pahela Boishakh, simple recipes of Aslam Panta rice are available to you today.
Tools:
500 grams of rice and 20 cups of water.
Raw drinks - like the amount,
Raw chili or dry chili - to taste,
Salt-like
Hilsa fish can be fried - wishes.
How to Make Straw Rice -
in detail Wash the rice in a vessel and put it on the oven with 4 cups of water. Then then wait a few minutes. After a few minutes, take the rice from the mustard and try it, check whether the rice is cooked or not. If it is perfect then it will become "rice". Take away excess water from the rice. (Which is called straining)
Pour the remaining 16 cups of water in the cold or hot weather, then keep the dry, cold place covered.
Open the lid after 8 hours - it has been transformed into Panta Bhati.
Serve hot with pajas, chillies, salt, and fish.
It is not necessary for Hilsa Bhaji to eat Panta rice.
