A paranoid or negative thought is a thousand times less powerful than a positive thought so long as you have some positive thoughts in your life you should outweigh the negative. Gratitude is important & try to have more positive thoughts if more people knew this it would bring the current evil system to its knees.

@rakiakbash Perhaps the dialogue with the maker on the edge of a precipice is what you need. It is inderstandable to be unhappy. No artist accepts reality. I have survived more than a few myself. Its better to go on a death trip than to plunge into the unknown hinterlands, a road trip...preferably with friends. Since you are close you wont have fear in talking with people and sharing your life stories before you go. No fear. Allow yourself to be flexible. I hope to read your travelogue. Peace
