Knowledge is power (and it is also empowering)
You see, it is good to provide the masses with basic needs like food, potable water, good roads and call them dividends of democracy, even when other parts of the word has moved light years ahead. It’s fine. But it can and should be more. We are infact tired of this kind of conversations in our political space.
Truth is, governance and leadership on our continent by now should be about weightier discussions and not petty matters like this.
