Parksen is an easily adoptable Green, Smart and Connected City Platform that is accessible through a public API and runs entirely on the existing Parksen Parking Cloud. By utilizing the Ethereum blockchain, the IOTA Tangle and our own PARQ utility tokens, we will offer a variety of solutions and smart contracts that will directly benefit a wide spectrum of stakeholders within urban metropolises and smaller cities.
Parksen is a fully tested and functional parking app which was developed by Eddie Postma who happens to the be the CEO of Parksen project. My Eddie has been active in the parking industry for years and the app has been operational in Netherlands since 2015.
This real-time Parksen Parking app will enable the project to fight congestion and traffic in highly populated municipalities with the help of small energy-efficient, smart and affordable Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
Like I said above, the app has been tested in the Netherlands and the team have diligently worked in digitizing cities globally while keeping in mind the reason to keep the cities more efficient, green and smart so as to keep our beautiful nature and environment clean.
With what the project has done in Netherlands, the next stage of its development now is to apply the same solution on a global scale and Parksen will do this by integrating and incorporating smart IoT devices and continuing development of the app according to the wishers of its users. On the platform, third-party developers will also have chance to make their own contributions through an open API and free SDKs.
Parksen Parking App (How It Works
The Parksen Parking application allow its users to locate and reserve parking spots throughout the Netherlands, this awesome. The project has already have the target of USA, UK Russia and some Asia countries. This Apps runs on a cloud storage and is connected to cities and garages through different kinds of APIs thereby allowing users to receive real-time information on any possible parking spots that is very near to them and the easiest route to the spots.The app has an intuitive dashboard that has been existing for some years. This dashboard is built for cities, companies and parking garages. The dashboard has the capacity to map out the number of cars that has been parked in a parking spots, predict in the next hour or week and offers you analytical insights which you can use to optimize your spaces.
The app is flexible to the extent that it will allow you to import existing solutions and relevant data and add it to Parksen central data system for registration and licensing. Moreso, you will be able to add parking zones in a very easy way. You can complete the parking zone profiles by adding additional information such as location, status, price, time slots, conditions and exceptions.
It will also be possible for to keep an eye on the status of connected smart devices m, sensors, parking machines and access control systems. All thanks to the acquired real-time information which can be used to optimize and improve existing infrastructure. You will even be able to buy new hardware directly through the dashboard.

The team of the project understand the cost of having separate individual servers and databases. Keeping each of them updated with new data separately will cost too much not to mention the number of hours it will take developers and maintenance personnel to update the systems. This is the reason why Parksen has chosen to host their platform in the cloud.Parksen universal solutions is already available for all participating Dutch stakeholders and users. Everyone uses the same data, systems and databases thereby not making users to suffer inconsistencies. The PARQ Token
The Parksen Green, Smart and Connected City Platform will run on PARQ which is the native utility token of the platform on the Ethereum blockchain. With the token, users will be able to several actions which is dependable on the type of users in question. Drivers will be able to use it to pay for parking while those to provide parking spots will receive payment in PARQ tokens and also use PARQ to buy software or hardware for the upgrades of their existing systems.The PARQ Token can be purchased with fiat currencies, PayPal, Credit card, Bitcoin and Ethereum. All PARQ sold will be transferred to the wallet of the buyer after the ICO, KYC and after audit conclusion.

Parksen core team is led by Mr Eddie Postma who happens to be the founder and CEO, Mr Eddie is a veteran manager and fearless Internet entrepreneur who has been building and maintaining enterprises for more than three decades. Mr Paul Heath who happens to be the Chief Security Officer (CSO) is a Certified Ethical Hacker and he has worked for Dutch Ministry of Justice as a Migration Specialist before becoming a senior developer in the defense ministry.
