President Trump resonded to revelations that his former Attorney, Michael Cohen, recorded their conversations regarding a payout to numerous women, including a former playboy model, Karen McDougal.
The President attacked the government in this matter. It does ultimately bring up attorney-client privilege clashing with New York's one party consent rule.

Democrats have dismissed the memo, arguing that it was selectively edited by Republicans to push a narrative that the Russia investigation is biased against the president. They have their own rebuttal memo they hope to soon release.
