    If there is one thing for certain in the Philippines, it is parties are taken with every level of seriousness (and affordability) imaginable. Love going to parties and fiestas in the Philippines!

    thank you so much retiredinsanar and I'm sorry for my delay replying. Yea ,the philippines takes these parties with upmost seriousness. Now that I have "wheels" , I'l consider attending more. I,m thinking we will attend the Santander Fiesta in April.

        Ah, never been down that way. Tagbilaran (Panglao Island) is as far south as I've been. Some day will get there and down to ilo ilo.
