How to be successful

Hi everyone, my name is carterhale, am new here on steemit, I like blogging on something inspirational and motivational.
However, when I was less busy yesterday, the word success just got into my mind and I started thinking and asking myself this questions....
What is success?
What do you really know about success?
What can you do in other to be a successful person in life?
After asking myself all this questions, then I decided to come up with this article below....

What is success?

First, let me define what success is and I'll tell you why I defined success this way.

• Success is impacting the world with the investment of your personality.
  And never forget this that I'll share with you something you'll need for the rest of your life.
  "impacting the world with the investment of your personality " Tl Osborne said, "work on being, not on having.... With what you are, you'll have". Don't work on having anything, work on being something. Invest in yourself and impact the world with the investment of your personality. Not just walking through the world, but impacting the world with the investment of your personality.
  They're so many crying for a change in government, a change in school and so on. They are not your problem.
  You cannot blame any system for your failure, because no system was designed for your personal failure.

I wanna talk to you personally now, think of yourself as an individual, you cannot blame any system for your personal failure, you cannot blame others for your failure, you must learn to hold yourself responsible, you have to determine to hold yourself responsible.
It doesn't matter what situation you find yourself in, where we find ourselves in life is never the problem, it's what we do with the situation that matters.
It doesn't matter how we were born, it matters how you live the rest of your life.
It doesn't matter how you were brought up by someone else, now you've arrived, what changes will you make?
You're responsible for what you are today.

• Success is influencing the world around you to think like you and aspire to your inspirations.

You can only become a successful person when you influence the world around you to think like you and aspire to your inspirations.
You make others to think like you... Why?
Because you made the right investment into your personality, you built your personality, you've got some good thinking, some good ideas, and now you move to the second level of influence the world around you to think like you... That's success.
How do you make them think like you?
First, make a deposit in your personality and then you can draw from that deposit, you make an investment too. Success is in you, it's not measured by the things you have or you don't have, it's measured by the way you think (thinking process) the ideas, things you do, the word that comes out of you. You make that deposit by reading the right books, listening to the right things, opening your mind/ thinking and by using your mind. Because one of the principles of success is looking out for a need and think of how to meet that need.
