To be able to withdraw you must have a rank of newbie learn more about ranks here
Currently we have 6 ranks Newbie, Jr.User, User, Jr.Member, Member, Legend. The earning of each user is greatly depend on these ranks.Higher the rank higher the earning
You should have a rank of Newbie to be able to Withdraw tokens
below is a list on different rank with the number of requirements to achieve them

Please note that Number of Coins refers to coins in saving wallet
If you have a rank of newbie follow these steps to withdraw
Go to My Wallet and transfer coins from your Saving wallet -> Withdraw wallet
After you have some coins in withdraw wallet you have to go to My Withdrawals
Enter no.of coins to want to withdraw (from withdraw wallet) and ethereum address(should not be a exchange address)
Click on withdraw button and you are done
Note : Your can only withdraw 30% of withdraw wallet in one day and you also need to meet Minimum withdrawal amount
Your withdraw request will be done within 3,4 days by our team
