Going against the world?

Hi everyone!

Many times i just feel that the world where we live have problems. Really big problems.

I feel that if you are normal if you use your brain but you dont have money or lets say power than the people try to ignore you to push you down to take you on the sideline.

Why is this?

There are just few people that i can talk and many times they agree with me.

I am not perfect. I never told that. I think there is not yet human on the earth who is perfect.

But lets be honest same like before what happpend to me.
I was working in one place. And there was a option for promotion. I had many years experience but i am sorry i am not a lick ass person. I am quiet strict and proud.
The other guy just start that job few months ago but day and night he was with the management.
Just on the side i can share that our management was also very new in the industry even they also had less experience like me.
When the time came the oher guy was promoted.

But this story is just one from the many that i have experienced or i heard.

Nowdays if you wanna be sucessfull you have to put your pride on the side and you have to lick some asses deep. Or you have to be very silent.

Whats happened? Why is it like this?
Why they dont want you to be sucessfull?

Once my friend gave a answer. He told me if you wanna be sucessfull let the dumb feel that he is the perfect and you are not.

Actually this is also working. But not for me. I study too much i work too much.

If you study but dont have experience that is not good. If you dont study you can be still professional by self study and hard work.

I am sure that with many of us happend that example a guard in the parking area try to be very smart when you ws parking or you apply somewhere for something and the office worker was soo sooo smart.
So yeah this is what i am talking about. The "smart" people.

The worst part of this all story that you cant argue with them. You cant help them. They will be like this what ever you do. The main problem is just as i see that these kind of people nowdays are too many. And always more and more.

Perfect example how some goverment officials are choosen. How they get elected. Even some presidents.

If there is too much "smart" they leader will be also "smart" and they will ruin the life of others.

I just really want to write this down today because this is also a way how can i handle the situation😊
