주심이 보기에,

오프사이드 위치에 있는 공격수의 앞으로 공을 패스해 줄 때,

공격 팀의 다른 선수가 그 공을 플레이할 수 없는 위치에 있다면,

그 공격수가 플레이하거나 그 공을 터치하기 전에도 패스(킥)와 동시에 오프사이드 반칙으로 처벌받을 수 있다.
