This is what my place looks like now as i am beginning the journey to clean things up and turn this 12 acres into a functional productive farm. As you see, there is a lot of junk and trash to remove. I did make the step of buying a trailer for the removal process. I still need to register it and put new boards for the floor and walls. I am renting the 12 acres from Evan and Bonnie and Jerry are renting from me. Both of them have paid their April rent so i will be able to pay mine tomorrow. Later we will revise the plans for actually buying the land and changing ownership. We do what we can do! One step at a time!

I grew up on a farm but left it thinking city life would be much better. How I wish I could escape back to the life I had as a child, where we ate our own food and communed with nature. City life is too fast and furious. Enjoy your life. It's short and we all need Mother Nature's love.

Yes. 2 geese and 3 ducks are permanent residents here and there are about a dozen roosters in the coop to be resold at the Farm Swap Saturday.
