Good Morning !!

Wake up fresh with a tall Glass of water then a quick workout to get the blood pumping , I find this sets the tone for my day . After my workout I have a smoothie today I had no frozen bananas so I used frozen beets and organic strawberries and a scoop of my favourite vegan protein powder. Have a great day everyone !
