I am giving this keto diet a shot. I lost about 20 lbs and I have been keeping it off for the past year. I have been having trouble getting to a lower weight and maintaining off. A co worker of mine has been doing keto and has had great results. While tracking my food I realized I eat way too many hidden carbs. It is strange to eat full fat in certain items. I did notice the lower fat items have more carbs. My stevia has carbs but my sugar free creamer and syrups do not. Things like rice cakes, my 100 calorie yogurt, the crackers I eat with my tuna all add up in carbs quickly. Right away I dropped 2 lbs. I think this is a good change. I will keep you posted.
