First of all I would like to start out saying that I was building circuit boards at the age of 19 and know every process from etching to the process of electrolysis to drilling to countersinking to pressing and etching and computer aided design I was doing that at 19. I have an HP omen that is less than a year old and I called and had set up to have repaired because there was an issue with either the motherboard or the CPU. So what I've done is a troubleshooting with the CSR and the CSR was a tr2 right below escalations working for the same company I work for in 2000 when I was certified by HP. My certifications were the Pavilion and the Officejet I was certified to support computer support customer support as well as technical support. So I know how things works it works as far as computers motherboards processors Ram or anything else the computer may have in it. I get a phone call few days ago claiming there's liquid damage and that the serial numbers missing and that the service center and Hewlett-Packard we're not going to cover the issue and that it was the motherboard and it would cost $540 to repair. I paid 1400 for the computer it's less than a year old and I'm going to post pictures as well to show you where there's some dust bunnies I use this computer for business and I never had any liquid around that computer. They are showing a picture of one screw hole that has rust in it possibly because I live in a saltwater area maybe I'm not sure but it may have been done before I hand I have no clue I know this their claim is illegitimate. So what I'm going to do is read this across the blockchains and the mainstream social media the let them know that I'm not going to let go of this I'm going to let it fly. I deserve to have my computer fixed and sent back to me if anyone knows about surgery circuitry and circuit boards then you would know there would be no way to cause any damage to that motherboard through that screw hole because there is no circuitry whatsoever anywhere near that hole or when you screw the motherboard into the case it would burn the motherboard up and you would have burn marks as well so their case is basically been proven wrong. So I've got to wait and see what happens but I know this they're not going to charge me any money to repair that computer and they're going to repair it for free and send it back what is your opinion?
