Check out Baldwin County Alabama they are trying to crucify me my son had a tube left in his throat and coughed up blood and a tube while I was driving him home I was shot in the chest at point blank range an 1/8 of an Inch from my heart he was released by accident from prison the day before, no notification of crimes victims compensation. I was never awarded a dime. I was charged as a terrorist threat and a 350k bond when the officer jumped on my back I spent 10k on a lawyer and they have me listed in the newspaper as selling marijuana 3.37 grams I got 15 years and spent 7 in prison. The article clearly states what I was charged with yet I have been harassed over 39 times while minding my business the city of Foley illegally came into my home while I was sleeping and I woke up to officers out of their jurisdiction in my home. After being charged as a terrorist and the grand jury no billed the indictment for terrorist threat I have been violated constitutionally by defamation of character and slander because this has been going on for over 20 years. I am treated like a criminal. A few weeks later the county sheriff's came to my home and the officer detained me just like the officers did In my home after asking them to leave and for a warrant knowing the law i began to record the officers from @Foleypolicedepartment i was illegally detained and released after they left. But back to my most recent case I was charged with domestic violence and persons forbidden to carry a firearm with no statement or ability to help my wife and mother with the knowledge to exercise their rights. I was In a robe and never asked a question. I went to court and beat this case as well as many others while trying to work on my pardon. I have been treated unfairly and will wind up moving out of the state of Alabama. Internal affairs came in on the @gulfshorespd and found the officer was stealing from evidence room because I made them pay me for the gun they took years before and the evidence was not in the evidence room.
I will include the video from the news agency who reported on the #gulfshorespd and the news article where the journalist stated I was indicted by grand jury when it was no billed by #Alabama @Alabama Sen @Alabama #civillawsuit unable to find an upright attorney to handle my civil #lawsuits. I paid #attorney @Jim May from #MagnoliaSprings #Alabama 10k and he can't seem to get the case changed to #marijuana instead of #defamation of Character and #Slander for charges I never was charged with #amphetimenes. This is causing me to spend time and money for things they have never been able to prove. I want my #Alabamavictimscrimecompensation the results of my #PTSD, Severe Social Anxiety due to the #AlabamaDOC, #theStateofAlabama, costs of doctors loss of income due to filing for mental #SocialSecurity #Disability, and dealing with nightmares and inability to deal or feel comfortable in the general public. I have been crucified, bad happens to good people and people do change but I have been discriminated and labeled as a bad person, I was beat In the head with a bat, I have been stabbed 3 times, caught on fire with Gas spent a month in special burn unit, had to learn to walk again due to being thrown down stairs I have to have Arepresentative payee and the staff from the White House contacted the #Director of Social Srcurity Disability who contacted me directly I have been taken from my son who was 3 when the #FoleyHospital left a tube down his throat. I have proof of all of this I will be going to get the articles from all newspapers from Pensacola to Mobile Alabama @WKRG @TheIslander etc.. since they refuse to get me the copies I have to go to the court house and locate the newspaper articles. What I do have is video from my son having a tube left in his throat the article from the terrorist threat And charges and what is listed when I get pulled over. I will be posting this on the #Blockchain so they can't deny it because it cannot be removed at that point.
