Truth is complex—way too complicated,
It can keep you breathing and at times, dead;
I always wondered if everyone deserves it,
Even for those without an outstanding merit.
Time and again, the Lies were being said,
For it's a delusion of power inside our head;
But the harsh Truth? It will stay, it will linger—
A stench of fear in every corner.
Truth is impure and full of conflict,
But many would say its better than all the Lies and deceit;
But what’s better didn’t stop me from masking with pretenses,
To avoid showing what I feel under people's lenses.
