So, the NY AG is coming after the Eric Trump Foundation for the manner in which he gave donations to St. Jude's hospital. The claim is that he used his own foundation, as well as his son's, to help fund his campaign. If so, that's not great.
Some on the right are calling BS. Others on the left are taking this opportunity to talk about how they always knew he was dirty.
My feeling is this: we really need to prosecute this to the fullest extent the law allows. Then we should take the standard created by that case and use it prosecute the Clinton Foundation.
