Recently discovered a fun little RPG time sink, the game is based on location, so going on a walk will be a good thing, lots to discover out there in the world. Battle is basic, think 8 bit Nintendo rpg. The UI is basic and that's what gives the game some charm.. chat isn't part of the game, it's mostly solo with some pvp aspect in guilds and arena. I'm still just a day or so in, so can't say too much, but there is a decent discord and reddit following and a solid guide / database site as well at : https://orna.guide
Download the game for Android here : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=playorna.com.orna

I used to love GPS based games(but then you realize how much data you give away and yadda yadda yadda and they lose their appeal) and my favorite was one thats not there anymore, but you claimed like actual city block sized squares in the game and had to hold them and made money from them. I was excited when I managed to take over the local McDonalds.

I used to play a LOT of ingress, the game that eventually spawned the game engine used for Pokemon go & ingress prime. Which was really just an offshoot of field trip which was a cool history lesson in it's own. I love history and exploring new places, so gps games are always up my alley, even if I give some info to the man, I'm already watched on cameras in public, why not let them tap in to make other services a little better.
