Creating Ghosts in the Dark

Happy evening Steemians!!! 🚀

A few years ago, seeing this image on my camera screen was the turning point between my current passion for Light Painting and other disciplines of photography that I practiced at the time.

It was an interesting session in which I discovered how from nowhere you could build things that reality was not able to provide you as is the case with these ghostly creatures.

It is quite simple and only requires a little looseness. All we have to do is cover ourselves with a sheet and from the ground project a mechanical flashlight onto us as we join in.

It may seem a disaster in the first attempts but with a little practice, a continuous movement and without showing the light source to the camera can get very successful results.

Camera Setting:

Focus lenght -14mm
Aperture – f/11
Exposure - 85s
Sensibility – ISO800

Have a nice day!!! 😁

Buenas noches Steemians!!! 🚀

Focal - 14mm
Apertura – f/11
Exposición - 85s
Sensibilidad – ISO800

Tengan un buen día!!! 😁

Cool!!! 😁

I love this! How did you find a camera with an 85s exposure time? Maybe I'm just too broke for one with longer than 30s lol

To expose more than 30 seconds you need a camera with BULB mode!!! Regards

Ohhhhh, OK. Thanks!

Yeah, I thought the lightpainting was excellent and the bible spam is what I'm tired of seeing, the guy just keeps making new spam accounts...

Very artistic! Is it one person and merged image or three people? Also, any reason for choosing ISO 800?
