Fast food has stopped being a temptation for us since we started the low carbohydrate and ketogenic diet.
Sometimes it’s difficult to choose from the menus available in hotels and even simple restaurants...
But the willpower is bigger and ends up making us get around those problems!
If there is Cheese, Butter and Bacon our meal became Fast and Pleasurable in an Instant! 😉
