What to expect when you move to PA

I had to post this. This is a great Way to park a BMW. Welcome to PA. Where the streets are full of holes, the minimum wage is still 7.25 and the city spends all its money in the first 5 days of the year. Road work takes months to finish. And yes we do have homeless people that literally will find a business to die in front of. This is called Wilkes Barre PA. Home of the lazy and where every store takes food stamps.
