Bangus, betel or milkfish is one of the popular fishes in our place. Yes, a nearby city, Dagupan, holds an annual Bangus Fest. A long line of this tasty bangus charcoal-grilled highlights the festival along with other activities such as parades and street concerts.
Dagupan apparently grows what they claimed to be the tastiest bangus ever. So, no doubt they host such a festival.
And I agree. There are a lot of varied recipes you can cook.
Right here is on this photo is Sizzling Boneless Bangus of Dagupena Restaurant. It was marinated in a special secret recipe and baked to perfection then placed on a sizzling plate.
Yum! Yum! Best served with tartar sauce.
