Being a student is filled with studying, training and partying, but the hard part is balancing those 3 out.
Here's how I do it: I just drink light beers for mininal amount of carbs and always whiskey on the rocks without mix, because it's the mix that contains all the calories like the coke and other soft drinks you mix with your alcohol.
Keep partying and drinking for the weekends and grind during the week both in your studies and in the gym.
I'm the one on the right, this was taken after a big test during the week just to inwind😀 and I was drinking whiskey on the rocks.
