Hi all. I hope you are well. I have made a passionfruit chia pudding.
🔴3 tbsp chia seeds
🔴200 mls water
🔴1/3 cup reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
🔴pulp from 1 passionfruit
🔴1 tsp honey
Mix the chia seeds, water, half the yoghurt and half the passionfruit together in a small bowl.
Drizzle the honey on top, mix well and leave to set for 15 minutes or if you prefer the chia seeds to be less crunchy, prepare the night before and keep in the refrigerator so you have a healthy breakfast ready to go in the morning.
You may want to adjust the water and chia seed quantities to reach your desired
consistency i.e. leave to set for longer or increase/decrease the water as needed.
Top with the remaining yoghurt and passionfruit pulp when ready to serve.
