OK so I joined back in 2016 and haven't been that active. My browser on my work computer has maintained a session so I am able to be active - however, the screenshot I took of my password has disappeared into the black hole of my pictures folder.
I'm seriously hoping that I emailed a copy to my home computer otherwise I may just have to open a new account with a different email! :-(
Ah well - lesson learned.
