8 Puri (Golgappa Puri, full of water puri) 1/2 cups boiled and chopped potatoes 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 2½ tablespoon dates tamarind chutney 1½ tablespoon green chutney 1 tsp garlic sauce, optional 1/2 cup yogurt, take a fancy 1/4 cup Sevra coriander, to decorate

Method:

Make sweet chutney (Khasar tamarind chutney), green chutney and garlic chutney according to their recipe. Mix 1 tsp garlic sauce with 1 tsp of water. Keep all other ingredients ready too.Golgappa gently slices it on top of surface with a spoon or finger or thumb with thumb. Place them in a serving plate. Fill 1-tablespoon potatoes and 1/2 tbsp of onions in each Pure. Put 1-tsp dates of potato and onion on each of the purei. Insert tamarind sauce on each of the whole. 1/2 tsp green on each whole Put the sauce. Put 1/4 tsp garlic sauce on each whole. And finally add 1-tbspspoon curd over each whole. Sprinkle the saffron over it and decorate it with green coriander. Yogurt is ready to serve the whole lick. Serve it immediately because in a few minutes the curry will soften due to complete clutter. image
