material :

Two cups spoonful of small potatoes, half teaspoon cumin seeds, half teaspoon mustard seeds, half teaspoon mustard seeds, half teaspoon fennel, half teaspoon fennel, quarter tea spoon asafoetida, 3 cloves, 2 dandi cinnamon, 3 to 4 curry leaves, 1 green cut from the middle Chilli, 2 t spoon powder, 1 tsp spoon bread, coriander, cumin seeds, quarter spoon turmeric powder, 1 cup curd, 2 tbsp ghee, salt according to taste.

For decoration:

2-3 tsp finely chopped coriander.

Method :

Heat the ghee in a vessel and add cumin seeds, mustard, cauliflower, fennel and asafetida. When they start kissing, put cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves, green chillies and cook it for some time. Then add potatoes, ground chilli, coriander, cumin seeds, turmeric and salt to it and cook until the potato spices are not fully coated. Now add half a cup of water and boil it. Then put yogurt and boil it once again. Paronase by decorating with coriander leaves
