Oh, now I don't want to eat my dinner, I want to eat this instead! Such a simple dessert, but this is one of the best. The key is fresh and sweet strawberries. Ideally, picked that same day, and made fresh. I would eat these on a patio, sitting under some blooming vines, and listening to the breeze in the grass, while the humming birds danced around my head.
