SAVE YOURSELF FROM DECEPTION | PAUSE FOR THOUGHT Week 35

in pauseforthought •  6 years ago

The world is contaminated with people who are exploitative. They are widespread and they are more than ready to use people for their advantage. They are those kind who never have empathy and compassion. They think life as a matter of competition.

Egotistical or me-first is what best describes them. They can be anyone whom we spend time with such as our friend, family member, partner, teacher, or a person in the authority. They have nothing in mind but taking advantage of our kindness for their own benefit. These are the people who spit toxicity which makes us exhausted and deceived. This brings us to the point of losing our faith in humanity.

They exist everywhere and they continue to feed their ego with success; a kind of success that a sane man should never ever do. Their style of being on top is devilish as they deceive us, playing their sickening game on us.

Many of us have been under their spell and not knowing how to get away with these kind of people as they are charming and eloquent enough. They have mastered the art of tricking and exploiting human beings.

As the world is never perfect so as its people.

However, we can always do something about it to save ourselves from damage or more damage. We have to learn to read the red flags in every situation. Our instinct can never be wrong. This sends us some signal to our very own body, when something is uncomfortable then that is real.

When we meet this kind of people, we have to run away and never ever look back. It is not cowardice it is giving value to our very own self before worse things get tangled us. We never want to be cheated or deceived or being used in the first place, so risking our lives with those kind of people should never ever take place.

My life, your life, our lives are precious. Let us save ourselves from the many predators that are scattered around. Let us save our lives to people who deserve our kindness, those who value us and never objectify us.

I do not think you have to run away from such a person. Unless you are sure of yourself, that you have confidence in your abilities, you can confront them with their ego, their arrogance and their malice.
We can act in different ways, without fleeing or fighting.
If we give the best of ourselves to the people who deserve it we create a society with two speeds, where the bad guys will have more and more power and where kindness will be a sign of weakness.

" I am the mage destroyer of the established power
The wizard who before the dark forces never wavered
I bathe in the light and the shade
my black dove is the spell I cast for good and evil to be one! "IMG_20180519_201613[784].png

@columbadubh thanks for droppin’ I appreciate it. Well I respect your opinion, you have a point. However, there are people who don’t want drama and confrontation like me who value harmony and peace. Sometimes shutting those kind of people off is best for one’s physical, emotional, and mental health.

I agree with you that at times it is better not to conflict.
