Battle of altruist vs selfish individuals?

in paychology •  7 years ago

This is a simple rule and fact that within groups altruist always end up with a good deal in a battle because "cooperative negotiations "and "unity have its strengths " are the two important things that will help altruist people to cooperate in a group.
But inside the group selfish individuals always benefit because they does not want to share the profit but not the losses and if they win they end up benefiting more and if they loose they end sharing losses within the group.
Advice- so if faced with such individuals try to teach the person that if all becomes like you then whole group will end up not cooperating. I am supporting selfishness because this allow the groups to produce hatred within its people and long term losses are quite large for group than an individual.
