@payforplay back up and running

Hi everyone,

First, thank you for being patient with @payforplay. I modified my code last night, but it caused even more issues than I had before so I reverted back to an older version this morning. I am now using that version of the script. @payforplay should be up and running. I will see if the error I was getting with some bids over the weekend remains. If so, I will address those as they come up.

Also, in the next few hours, we are switching to HF20. When that occurs, I do not know how my script will be affected. I hope it is not affected, but if it is, I will let you know. There is a chance I will have to suspend bidding for the rest of the day if that occurs.

Also, we understand it is annoying to submit a bid and get it refunded. I wish we had 1 million steem power, but we are a small operation so we are limited in our ability to give 2X payouts. This leads to a bidding war right as we are voting which may be related to the error we were getting over the weekend. I guess our philosophy is it is better to get a refund than a negative ROI.

Thanks again for using @payforplay. We appreciate working with you.
