My Steem-ing PayForward Time! ....Words From My Heart!

WOW! I feel Damn Good! 671 Followers, 3135 posts and at this moment, I jumped up to 992 following because I just followed everybody who follows me as a gesture to say a loud " Thanks " to all of YOU who took time to read or comment on my posts since June 2016! We must support each other!

RE-STEEM AND FOLLOW

We must grow our steemit platform, therefore support and also inspire, not scare away new members. I feel great following back so many today, some members I did not notice enough. First I did not like the resteeming feature because I wanted to keep my blog clean with topics I am interested in promoting, mostly art, travel and music related. I wish we could split our blog in 2 columns and still hoping this feature could be available. Any thoughts on this? 

Meanwhile I changed my mind and re-steem more topics to help newcomers like my very suspicious friend @edje at first but now he is more active than ever. Keep going!

I said it many times that I do not consider myself as a skilled writer but I enjoy to be a part of our community, contributing with my heart and soul. I am probably one of the few crazy ones who voted manually all those months, up until 1 week ago when I started to set a few rules on @steemvoter to get some help a little bit but @curie's first votes got me started!

There are NO posting rules on Steemit! Feel free! What a privilege for me, an old school girl and for all of you to express our thoughts, worries, knowledge in a decentralised, fascinating new world. 

I read @kevinwong (one of my personal favourites on the platform) post today and he dared us if we could handle the truth. I said : "I hear you !!! I can take 3x the truth! Up, Down and All-Around ..." 

We don't need any drama but of course we all can and should express our opinions and complains as much as we want and I would not have any issue if @berniesanders flags me. Oh well. Its his right to do so. Like it or not. We are emotional human beings with big egos. Deal with it! Reality Check !

The downvote and upvote buttons are there to be pressed. So either one gets pressed. The community is regulated by everyone in the network. Decentralisation. Clash of ideas. Some abuse the function. Some do it for what they think is good for the network. It's part of the design. To avoid getting butthurt over downvotes, don't consider the payout amount to be final before it's finalised and paid out. CONTINUE TO CONTRIBUTE 

 I also appreciate my sometimes bumpy ride here on steemit wondering why people vote or even do not choose me on their bot lists nor find time to comment. Where are the whales? Who are they? Some "Powerboys" were really good to me like @ned whom I met at the steemfest but some others never even looked at my profile. Oh well ! Thanks much and the biggest appreciation goes to @jamesc :) who constantly motivates my more daring rebel side. 

I gave up thinking too much about it and suggest that you should do the same. I had my times wanting to quit but I always came back. All overall, I have nothing to complain. I got nice enough feedback on some articles when I thought others might have deserved more reaction. 

I am not going anywhere, so bored with Facebook:) but I wish that blogging could be faster and easier. 

When will the features change that we could add images directly? Any thoughts?  

POWER UP OR BUY STEEMPOWER

I powered up every SD I made and will continue to do so. I am even contemplating to buy more SP soon and will continue to forward various articles on my social media accounts, especially twitter and my Mammasitta Art Network page dedicated mostly to women issues or general interesting topics on MassiVeVibrations. You are very welcome to send your links per steemit chat, do not hesitate to DM as many times as you wish.  

CURATING IS FUN

I stopped trying to figure out how people tick or  how the rewarding system actually works. I don't really care. I get dizzy ready technical posts but I enjoy how much I did learn from all of those as well, reading and reading for endless nights. My comments might be sometimes a bit short or absent, my vocabulary a bit poor but I read more than you can even imagine. I want you to know that I value all of your contributions so much. 

IMPROVE YOUR WRITING SKILLS  

We all make a difference! Keep this in mind! The future of steemit is in our hands, not only some powerful whales. Take it easy and keep on doing what you know is your personal best.
