Purpose: To encourage "newbies" to submit a valid entry to "the contest".

"the contest" is: Week 7 - Pay It Forward Curation Contest - Win SBI & Steem-Bounty - @thedarkhorse

"newbie" is:

• reputation of 45 or less or
• age of 90 days or less

"the bonus" - A 3 SBD bonus is set for each contest to be evenly divided and distributed to all who qualify.

Note: "the bonus" for the previous week, week 6, was jointly paid by @johndoer123 and myself. And, for this week and next week, weeks 7 & 8, the same is sponsored by @thedarkhorse and myself.
