Day 11 - Account Builder

What sp are you aiming for to become active

Authors get paid when people like you upvote their post.

Sort Order:

The goal is for Beta to have at least 1000sp to start with, but have the leases be long enough to roll into the next round. I will then add myself to the vote trail to help boost the value of the vote and move people up to the next level faster.

Need to lay out what the levels will be and purchase enough accounts to cover them. Will use this account only to start with for beta as it's easier to lease for 1 account. Then will hopefully build up the others to afford some leases by the time we move out of beta.

Ideally I'd like the account to be at 4800sp as that would be a nice 25c vote give or take. That is enough to push people up the scale at a pretty good clip with daily votes.

Its defiantly an ambitious target. With 0.25c a day you can only get 10 people to 50sp in 200 days. Plus trying to build the account and pay for leases.
Even with the full 25c it will be hard but take off 25% curation and it gets even harder.

It would be good for a $1 upvote to get everyone to 50sp faster.

Plus who gets those 10 votes and for how long.

Lots to think about.

$1 would be great, but not sure about getting enough SP for that.

I am expecting that the people will also be earning other rewards by posting and not relying directly on the money earned from minnowbuilder's votes.

As for who, that is something that needs to be talked about. Think for the Beta most likely will look for people who really are supporting @pifc, the curation contest, and are powering up their earnings. Looking for those who are committed to steemit long term.

Ok.
Maybe if your levels are in 10sp increments
This could help more people as they move to the magic 50sp. 10 people in each group moving up slowly.

Also I know your current threshold for @pifc is level 55.
I have had another account for a week and havent posted once and its already at level 35

Mabe @pifc should be based on your levels of sp as the rankings are not really accurate.

Just a thought

Going to be running a test on the viability to slowly build up multiple accounts for taking @minnowbuilder to the next level with this account. Will post results each week showing how things are going. Thanks for the idea!

If you base the cut offs on SP then someone has to open up each wallet and it adds time to confirming entries. This is already a LOT of time without adding that to it.

10sp levels would be really small and require a lot of accounts to pull off. The end goal is to be building people up to 500sp and make them minnows so that would be 50 accounts to manage. Even at 50sp levels it's to many accounts and I need to figure out how to best manage that.
