Week 26: Pay It Forward Curation Contest...Take 2

Added a Guest Judge to make it 5 total judges for the week. @simplymike is one of those people who is always helping newbies and it's an honor @simplymike join us this week. This will add a 5th Judges Choice Prize and 2 more featured bloggers will earn SBI shares which will be purchased by @pifc.

Time to celebrate 6 months of curation! This week we are going to allow you the PIFC community to help us pick people for the @minnowbuilder program that will be supported with daily upvotes until they become a minnow.

So on top of the normal 2 featured bloggers (remember QUALITY CONTENT), we need you to pick one or two redfish that you feel are doing great things on steemit who deserve to become one of our Minnows In Training. We would like you to write a little bit about each nomination and why you feel they deserve the added support.

All nominations will be reviewed by the Judges and we will pick up to 10 redfish from your nominations.

I used the term "redfish" and it has caused some confusion. Sorry about this. For this round we are looking for 40-480sp steemians The reason for the 480sp cut off is there is far to great a chance that we would be setting someone up for the program and then they graduate out really quickly and we would be right back looking for someone to replace them. The 40sp minimum is so we get people who have proven their commitment to being on steemit and powering up. Later this number will be lower, but for this round this is the cut off.

What is the Pay It Forward Curation Contest?

This is your chance to give back a little and feature 2 great blog posts written by Reputation level 55 and below Steemians. To do this you will write a single curation style blog post like this entry by @viking-ventures from week 16 which won a Judges Choice Award.

To be clear the Level 55 max is only for the bloggers who are featured, anyone may submit a curation entry.

This contest run from Now until Saturday 10/06/18 at 11:59pm CST (USA, Chicago).

The winners will be announced on Wednesday 10/10/18 at 12:01am

This Weeks Rules

You need to write a curation style blog post that features 2 High Quality Original Content Blog Posts from Steemians with a reputation score of 55 or under. This means you will write a post on your account talking about posts from 2 other steemians who you feel wrote great posts. You need to link to their posts and tell us why you choose them.

• Curation Style Post of 2 Bloggers who are posting Quality Original Content
• Link to 1 recent blog post per featured blogger. Keep in mind that many will follow this link and upvote so pick a post that isn't close to payout!
• Include a link to this contest in your entry post
• The 2 bloggers you curate need to be rank 55 or below

We are looking for Quality Original Content. We want to see no less then 200 words of original written content. So a single photo is fine as long as there is 200 words with it. 200 words is about 12 lines of content. Posts from Parley and dmania are not acceptable.
