- A review of the blogger explaining why this blogger was chosen
- Link to 1 recent post per featured blogger. Keep in mind that many will follow this link and upvote so pick a post that isn't close to payout!
- Make sure to upvote and commented on the post you link to for each of these bloggers
- Your post should also link to this post showing you are part of this weeks contest.
- The 3 bloggers you curate Must Be Rank 50 or Lower!

@cicisaja - upvoting, as you mentioned, is a good thought IF the upvote carries meaningful value.
I have been upvoting the comments that declared an entry to the contest and my 15% to 20% vote gives about $0.02 to $0.03.
I have also upvoted (at 50%) posts that are entered for the bonus as well and as an extra reward.
As far as I know, upvotes that adds up to at least $0.02 is required for a payout ...

Your vote will be much more valuable to someone on the main post vs in the comments. I use a vote as a "read it" type marker all the time, I know I read it and the other person knows I read it. Need to change that up as I am running into voting power issues almost daily with running this contest trying to do 3c or above and it's still growing so sure I will have massive issues later.

Yeah it's been hard to be on as much this time around. Don't feel like you need to be silent. You have been doing great with your comments and motivation of those who have entered. I haven't missed a day yet, each night no matter how late I have made sure to update the entries on the blog post and upvote every featured blogger.
Hopefully this week work won't be as crazy and I can update things a little more often

Thinking about the contest... @freedomshift had a huge idea with the bonus for be Nominee in Previous Entry. Really nice. To me, the nominees should receive a part of the prize. I received full prize and the 3 girls i nominated... nothing, it was a little weird for me, in a middle time, i hope reward them
Maybe, if is in your possibilities, think about a little prize for nominees.
Another thing, the random winners, is nice that a part of the winners become this ways, but not the majority. If it is a quality contest, then the most of the winner must be the post with more quiality.. Please, dont misunderstand me XD, i dont wanna be in contra, i just thinked, "the winners should not be chosen by luck".

I've been thinking about the whole prize thing and how we can keep it simple to understand and maybe more important efficient to award. This takes a lot of time just to keep running, updating the post with the entries for easier curating by others, and then visiting all of the posts. Keep in mind with 26 entries I visit 104 posts and upvote them as do the judges. The Judges choice picks add a lot of work for each judge to find that one they liked the best.
Now part of the issue for me with picking winners is that we each see quality in a different way. Personally I would never select a meme or single photo as worthy of highlighting, but someone else might like that and feel they submitted quality bloggers. Honestly there is a lot of bias when deciding quality.
I'd love to reward more people, but earnings from the contest really don't allow for this currently. Hope that we pick up a couple larger votes over time which might allow for bigger rewards but not there yet.
As for those featured of the winners, that would be great down the road to give them more then some votes. If a benefactor comes along and wants to sponsor the 15-18 winners sponsored bloggers I'd love it. But I can't afford that on a weekly basis...not even close to it.

The only way to grow this effort is to gain visibility from those who have high SP or SBD to contribute and or to sponsor or add to the rewards and upvotes. In time, they will come.
I am doing what I am able to do with my SP and SBD. I hope to inspire a few high SP steemians to join and help out.
In my somewhat limited way, I upvote all comments making an entry and their entry post once they have been added to the list.
I hope that those with substantial SP will do something similar.

I have been doing 12-20% for each nominated post. (14% x 87) 12.18 full votes worth (estimated the 14%)
Plus 15% for the entry post (15% x 29) 4.35 full votes worth
Plus all the comments on the main post get 15% and I upvote many other comments on the main page. Lets just call that 5 full votes worth (but it's more).
Total votes over the 7 days going towards this contest directly is 21-22 of my total 70 votes for the week. That doesn't count the people who I upvote their "thank you" comment when I comment on their posts, or the ones I boost all their comments past the dust threshold, or the votes on comments from the Winners Post. If I had to guess over 50% of my weeks votes are going to the contest or to support those who support the contest.
Mind you most of my voting power is leased so I'm paying to have this level of SP. So this is an added cost too.
Next week I am changing my votes on the contest page to 8% for all entries, but up to 16% if the entry was really good. This will reward more of the bounty to those who I think did a better job finding quality bloggers to feature. This will reward more of the bounty based on effort.
I am no longer voting on any comments that aren't an entry unless it's a judge or sponsor as they deserve rewards for their efforts IMO.
