YES, it is possible. i dont know too much but i think originally the post may have had higher earning but because it was flagged and perhaps by people who may have like high steem power too, the earning got reduced. so you can find your earning big but if gets flagged before payout time, it can reduce drastically and your eventual payout will reduce. so yes, that is why it is potential payout. is thispost a screen shot? i was trying to click on the links but it wasnt clicking. it so looks like written post.
