Creating Nigeria_ based PAYPAL Account..

Account Creation Procedures for A Nigerian IP Based Paypal Acct.
Here is a newbie guide to creation of a paypal account from Nigeria.

1. Visit Paypal Nigerian homepage address via https://www.paypal.com/ng/ and click on Signup on the page.
2. Click on "Open Account" under the "individual" section for a personal account creation
3. Fill in all required details and click on "Agree and Create Account"?
   Getting Verified Using GT Bank's Naira MasterCard
   Without verifying the paypal account, you will be placed at a $250 limit. Verifying the paypal account allow you spend as much as you want.
4. A new page will come up with a form to input your Card details. I used my GT Bank's Naira MasterCard to verify mine.
5. You will be automatically redirected to your account's dashboard. But there are few things you still expected to do. Firstly, you have to activate the paypal account by clicking the activation link sent to the mail address you registered the account with. Secondly, you need to confirm and link your credit or debit card. Click on " confirm and link credit or debit card" link in your account's dashboard, insert your GTB Master card details there, then click on "Continue". You can make use of any Nigerian bank's Visacard or MasterCard.
6. Paypal would deduct a sum of $1.95 from your card which will be refunded in 24hrs. Now, your bank will alert you via your communication link with a code which you will use in completing the entire verification process.
   Your bank's alert should read.
   Acct: ******8798
   The Naira equivalent of USDollar 1.95 has been authorized for this transaction placed on PP* 0123CODE 08823456789FF.
   What its needed to do is copying the 4 digits before CODE (highlighted in red colour) from your bank alert. That's what you need to confirm your card.
7. Now you have to login once more to your created Nigerian Paypal account and click on "Confirm Card" link which should appear on the right sidebar of your homepage. Then type in the four-digits which is copied from your communication link and click on 'Confirm Card' as shown below.
8. You will receive success popup if everything was fine and successful.
   Remember, I used of my GT Bank MasterCard here and it did work
   if you use other banks,verify with your bank to ensure the card issued.
