Art is never Finished, only Abandoned - CISCO GHOST TOWN

Here is one presentation from CISCO. The bus looks like the school bus from Abandoned town
Once you know that no one owns the property, it's a stage for the graffiti art. All the one who were passing by would have sprayed ther part until they thought it's beautiful now.
