What happened to my PC

I am getting this error almost every 10 minutes. And it takes nearly 5 minutes to restart pc again. I searched Internet and did what article taught to fix this. But no the problem is not solved.

So far I have done this.

  1. Updated all drivers.
  2. Checked my ram no problem found.
  3. Installed and run avast antivirus.
  4. Updated my windows.

loos like I have to replace my PC.
