Ever thought of buying a PC? Here are some things you might need to consider before making that purchase. These factors are not arranged in order of importance but the are listed to help make a choice.

This is the first option that comes to your mind before picking a PC. Are you buying a desktop or a laptop. In this modern age majority of individuals prefers the laptop as it is easy to carry about but some individuals and firms prefer using a desktop because it will seldom be moved from the firm. You make a choice of either a desktop or a laptop.

    It is very important that you consider the major tasks that you will be performing on the PC. If you need a computer for just surfing the internet then you really don’t need to bother about high end specifications. If you require a PC for professional work such as Photoshop functions, Video editing then you need a PC that has enhanced multimedia options and high specifications.

    Another factor to consider is the price of the PC. You might want a laptop of very high specification but your available cash will limit what you can buy at the moment. Cash at hand needs to be considered expressly.

    In as much as the processor is the brain of the PC, i can as well say the RAM(Random Access Memory) is the backbone of the PC. The ram size determines how much multitasking can be done on the PC. The larger the RAM size, the faster the PC multitask.

  6. Hard Drive size of the PC:
    This is basically important to consider as majority of all your works are saved directly to you hard drive. The more space a hard drive has, the more things that can be saved in the hard drive.
